Air flow dyeing machine

Special handling and low liquor-ratio dyeing

High pressure air jet processing offers unparalleled handling and homogenous fibrillation. Dyeing at low liquor-ratios, reduced processing, relaxing and untwisting are also possible, along with energy savings and reduced waste water processing.
Specification
Three series of CUT-AJ equipment are available, according to the intended use. The three types are dry spec, relax spec, and full spec.
The dry spec makes available two types of processing, according to the desired drape:

  • dry wringing-out processing: wringing-out effect is applied to the dry thread under high pressure, and used for drape processing.
  • wet wringing-out processing: wringing-out effect is applied to the wet thread under high pressure, and used for drape processing.

Base material is uniformly fibrillated, allowing this to be effectively used for the development of new products.
The relaxed spec, by combining the in-tank liquid circulation and the chemical feed functions, in conjunction with the wringing-out effect, is active in various processes such as
  • dyeing
  • untwisting/relaxing
  • thinning (alkaline/enzyme thinning).
Also, processing at a low-liquor ratio (1:3-5) contributes to energy savings as well.
The full spec combines the dry and relaxed specs’ functions, and makes possible all the processes above.
